Different bits in the ADS Control Register are used to control the instruments. The bit positions for the Control Word are defined as constants. The Control Register itself is mirrored in the variable Reg_Ctrl which is written to the Control Register after changing the values of different bits. The words Set-Ctrl, Clear-Ctrl and Impuls-Ctrl are used to access the Control Register bits (see also io.fth).
