4.2 Limited Functional Test (Bench Test)

After the power-on reset, the ADS is in the standby operation mode. Typical HKs are described in table 36. The values for +5 V, +12 V, -5 V and -12 V may differ, if there is no Electronic Interface Box. For the bench test setup see figure 42. The equipment is described in section 4.1.

    4 $\dots$ 12 mA

For the Valve 1 test, you have to send the TC open valve 1 (0EA15). You should hear the click of the valve. Typical HKs are described in table 37. For the Valve 2 test you have to send the TC open valve 2 (0E817). The HKs are also described in table 37. Switch on only one Valve or one Tank Opener at the same time. You can switch off Valve 1 with the TC close valve 1 (0E916) (TC for Valve 2 is 0E718).

For the Tank Opener 1 test, you have to send the TC activate tank opener 1 (0E619). Typical HKs are described in table 38. For the Tank Opener 2 test you have to send the TC activate tank opener 2 (0E41B). The HKs are also described in table 38. Switch on only one Valve or one Tank Opener at the same time. You can switch off Tank Opener 1 with the TC stop tank opener (0E51A) (TC for Tank Opener 2 is 0E31C).

To check the Pipe Pressure, the Tank Pressure and the Acceleration, you have to change to the Health Check operation mode. You can send the TC set operation mode (0DE21) with parameter 2. Typical HKs are described in table 39.
